Who We Are

Allentity, LLC operates this website. Where this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means Allentity, LLC.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and who we share it with. If you have questions, reach us at callen@allentity.com.

Information You Provide

You give us information directly when you choose to. Depending on which part of the site you use, that can include:

• The contact form. Your name, your email address, and the message you write.
• Portal sign-in. If you have been invited to our private portal, your email address and, if you gave one, your name. Sign-in codes are emailed to you and stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never as the code itself.

We only ask for what we need to answer your request or to give you access to what you asked for.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected without you entering it:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include the IP address your request came from, the pages requested, and your browser user agent. Those logs are the hosting provider's, kept on its own schedule.
• IP addresses in our own records. Being precise here matters, because the two places this site writes to its database do not behave the same way. When you send us a message through the contact form, we read the IP address of the request in memory to limit how often the form can be submitted, and we do not store it. Separately, when someone publishes a change to this site's own pages, we record the IP address of that publish alongside it - but only after they have entered the publishing passphrase, so it is never an ordinary visitor's address.
• Cookies. A passive visit to this site sets no cookie at all. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no tracking pixel. If you sign in to our private portal we set one session cookie so the portal knows you are signed in. It is not used for analytics or advertising, and we set nothing else.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

• Read and reply to a message you send through the contact form
• Email you a one-time sign-in code, and keep you signed in to the private portal for the length of a session
• Notify the people we have designated to receive inquiries, so somebody sees it
• Limit how often the contact form can be submitted, so the form is not used to flood us or to send mail through us
• Keep a history of changes published to this site, so a change can be reviewed or reverted

Service Providers We Share With

We work with a small set of providers to run the site. Each one receives only the data it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data.

• Render hosts this website and the database behind it, and its edge network sits in front of every request. It therefore receives every request you make to this site, including your IP address, and it stores what you send us through the contact form.
• Resend delivers our email. When you send us a message through the contact form, Resend receives your name, your email address, and the text of your message in order to deliver the notification to us. It also delivers portal sign-in codes to invited users.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site is set in. Because your browser fetches those files directly from Google, Google receives your IP address and browser user agent on every page load, whether or not you interact with anything on the page.

We do not exchange your personal information for money.

Email Communications and Unsubscribe

We do not currently send marketing email from this site. The only email this site generates is transactional: a notification to the people we have designated to receive inquiries when you use the contact form, a one-time code when an invited user signs in to the portal, and an invitation when someone is given portal access. That email is sent because you or we took the action that produced it, not to market to you.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email callen@allentity.com and we will work through your request.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these, and we do not currently respond to them. We tell you this rather than claim otherwise. In practice there is nothing on this site for such a signal to switch off: we run no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies, so a passive visit collects nothing that a do-not-track preference would change.

Where you live. Whether a given state privacy law applies to us depends on thresholds we re-check as the business changes. Either way, the requests above are open to you, and we do not treat them differently based on where you live.

Data Retention

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to do what you asked and to maintain our records of that work.

If you ask us to delete an inquiry you sent us through the contact form on this site, email callen@allentity.com and we will delete it.

One thing worth knowing, so that promise is not read wider than it is: submitting the form also sends a copy of your message to the inboxes we have designated to receive inquiries. Deleting the stored inquiry removes our record of it here, and it does not recall that email.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is built for business owners, investors, and operating partners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at callen@allentity.com and we will treat it as a deletion request.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to websites we do not operate, including the websites of companies in our portfolio. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
